Lego House -- The House that James Built

May built a house entirely out of Lego.

Top Gear star James May plans to live in this house for a weekend Top Gear presenter James May is looking for volunteers to help him build a new house in Surrey - made entirely out of Lego bricks.

As part of his BBC series James May's Toy Stories, he plans to build a two-storey house in the middle of the Denbies Wine Estate, in Dorking.

More than three million Lego bricks have been delivered to the site.

Demise of the House that James Built

The House made of Lego has since been torn down. James May was willing to give the house of Lego away for free, but no one came up with the $81,000 dollars necessary to dismantle it and rebuild it.

It is too bad in way. I bet it would have been an interesting tourist spot in the right location. James May and his full-size house that nobody wanted badly enough to pay the huge cost of it.
